ToGather – Safety Standards and Combating Child Exploitation
ToGather, published by 2G Labs (SASU), enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, child sexual exploitation, or any conduct that facilitates abuse of children. No exception, no leniency, no reinstatement.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
ToGather is a social meeting application strictly reserved for adults aged 18+. Any registration, use, or interaction involving a minor is prohibited. Circumventing our age verification systems or falsely claiming to be of legal age constitutes a serious breach of our terms and conditions, resulting in immediate account deletion.
- Any sexual representation involving a minor, whether real or simulated, is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to contact, manipulate, solicit, or groom a minor is strictly prohibited.
- Any promotion, facilitation, or normalization of child exploitation results in permanent exclusion.
2. Detection and Reporting
ToGather provides in-app reporting mechanisms enabling users to immediately report a profile, message, image, or suspicious behavior.
- Reports are treated with highest priority by moderation and compliance teams.
- Flagged content and behavior are subject to immediate, documented review.
- Risky accounts may be suspended without prior notice while safety assessment is ongoing.
3. Sanctions and Preservation of Digital Evidence
Where indicators of CSAM, grooming, or child exploitation are identified, ToGather applies immediate and irreversible enforcement actions.
- Immediate and permanent termination of the relevant account.
- Security freeze of evidentiary data (messages, technical logs, IP addresses, timestamps, device identifiers, and associated metadata).
- Preservation of digital evidence strictly required for legal obligations and law-enforcement cooperation.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
ToGather actively cooperates with competent authorities and performs required reports, without undue delay, where potentially criminal conduct is detected.
- Mandatory reporting in France via PHAROS: internet-signalement.gouv.fr
- Mandatory reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
